  • 6-8 oz. Almond Milk/Water/2% or whole milk
  • 1 Scoop Young Health Protein
  • 1 tablespoon Flax & Omega 3-6-9 Fish Oil
  • 10 drops of AB Balance Drops
  • 1 oz Fruit of the Spirit

Vanilla Delight

  • 6-8oz. Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop Young Health Protein
  • 1 tablespoon Flax & Omega 3-6-9 Fish Oil
  • 10 drops of AB Balance Drops
  • 1oz Fruit of the spirit
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 packet of Stevia

Raspberry Cream

  • 6-8oz. Vanilla or Original Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop Young Health Protein
  • 1 tablespoon Flax & Omega 3-6-9 Fish Oil
  • 10 drops of AB Balance Drops
  • 2 oz Fruit of the Spirit
  • 1 tablespoon Raspberry sugar free coffee syrup flavoring
